Returns & Refunds Policy
Delivery and Returns
WE AIM to dispatch orders either the same day or next day for 90% of our orders. Occasionally a delay may be experienced where we are extremely busy, it is a Bank Holiday, an item is out of stock, or there is an order query.
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail to ship most of our orders. Our standard free shipping is Second Class Royal Mail. For more urgent delivery please use First Class Royal Mail for a small fee of £1.50.
Order issues and refunds
For online orders, we have a 60 day no quibble returns policy.
We know how tricky it can be to find a product that suits, especially if you haven not been able to pop into our stores and try the product first.
If your product arrives broken or damaged please let us know by emailing within 14 days along with photographs.
If you'd like to return your product please email apothespa@apothespa.co.uk within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please let us know your order number and the reason for returning your product.
- Sale or reduced items are non refundable.
- Returned Goods shipping costs are generally not refundable.
- Refunds can only be processed back to the original card payment used when paying for the order.
Unwanted Gifts
We cannot refund unwanted gifts direct to a gift recipient, only to the purchaser. Refunds will be processed only when the goods have been received back to Apothespa.
In Store Purchase Return
Our policy of returning products bought in our boutiques is different, as we have testers available to try at the point of sale. If you purchased a product at one of our Boutiques and wish to return it, please do so within 30 days of the date of purchase. For Christmas purchases we will extend this to 31st January.
You must provide proof of purchase.
If your products were purchased using a gift voucher, then another gift voucher to the value of the returned goods purchase price will be issued, valid for 6 month use.
In store boutique refunds require the authorisation of the business owner before a refund can be processed.
Faulty Products
If your product is faulty please return it to us within 14 days of the date of purchase for either exchange or refund.
