Spa Etiquette, Terms & Conditions:

• Cancellations must be at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. 48-24hrs prior can be rescheduled at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24hrs notice incur a 50% cancellation charge. Failure to cancel will incur the full charge of the appointment made.
• Regretfully late arrival will result in reduced treatment time.
• Please be aware that certain skin or nail conditions could prevent or restrict some treatments. Please notify prior to your appointment or upon booking.
• All treatments and Gift Vouchers are non refundable.
• Children must be over the age of 13 for treatments. If under 16, they must be accompanied by parent/guardian. 
• No Pets are permitted within the treatments room. Please be aware that we do not offer childcare facilities so please make appropriate arrangements prior to your appointment.
• Alcohol should not be consumed prior to treatments.
• Tell us immediately if your treatment did not reach your expectations.
• We will ask you to pay a deposit or in full for your treatment at the time of booking.

 

 Upfront Payment Policy:

• You can reschedule or cancel your appointment if we have at least 48hrs notice before the booking for a full refund of your deposit.
• If notified 48-24hrs prior to your appointment we can reschedule at no charge.
• If your cancellation is short notice (less than 24hrs) or no notice at all, we will retain your deposit against the loss of treatment income.
