Returns Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make sure the return is as painless as possible.
Online Purchase Return
If you wish to return a product, please do so within 28 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or paypal account used for payment.
We cannot take returns on used products.
To return unused and unopened products bought online at apothespa.co.uk you must take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession and you will be responsible for any loss we incur if you do not take reasonable care. The returned product and packaging must be sealed, unused and in a re-saleable condition. Before returning items please email lisa@apothespa.co.uk for further details and instructions how to return your item/s.
Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
In Store Purchase Return
If you purchased a product at one of our Boutiques and wish to return it, please do so within 28 days of the date of purchase.
You must take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession and you will be responsible for any loss we incur if you do not take reasonable care. The returned product and packaging must be sealed, unused and in a re-saleable condition.
You must bring back either the till receipt or the card receipt with the product. Refunds must be authorised by the business owner before staff will process any refund. Refunds will be back to the same card used to purchase the products. If a gift voucher was used to purchase, another gift voucher will be issued, valid for 6 months use.
Faulty Products
If your product is faulty please return it to us within 30 days of the date of purchase for either exchange or refund.
