Arnica is well known root, used in herbalism for assisting in the speeding up the healing of bruises, but it is also excellent in alleviating inflammation, a lesser known quality. Ginger is also known for its anti inflammatory qualities and juniper is useful for the dispersal of toxins locally.

A Superb Joint Cream

My wife and I have used this joint cream for several years now and find it to be the quickest acting cream we have ever used. It is easy to rub on and soon goes into the skin, not leaving a greasy or sticky feeling behind. We are 80 years old and after gardening we are often left with tender joints and this cream gets in deep to offer relief. Worth every penny of the cost because the small jar goes a very long way if you follow the instructions. A+ Product.
