Vacancy : Spa Manager, Aromatika Exeter

A vacancy has arisen for a full time Spa Manager at our Exeter Day Spa.

This is a key role within Aromatika, as you will be responsible and accountable for all day to day aspects associated with running our flagship premises. Aromatika is a retail driven beauty salon which means our focus on retail sales in particularly high. As such your sales abilities and customer service must be second to none.

In addition you will be responsible for managing our team of beauty therapists so must be an excellent people person with brilliant people management skills. Alongside managing our team, you will also be responsible for ensuring our treatments are offered correctly, for developing new treatments, for ensuring that our treatments rooms and the building as a whole is maintained and kept exceptionally clean, for sales and taking bookings and much more.

This role is a demanding full time role which will require working some weekends and evenings. Whilst a senior management position it is also hoped that the successful candidate will also be interested in offering treatments too but it is not absolutely essential given the already extensive duties.You will be supported by an Assistant Manager and of course the owner plus your team of therapists.
